個人簡介   

        2007年國立臺灣海洋大學資訊工程系畢業，2009年國立中山大學資訊工程所取得碩士學位，於2013年取得國立臺灣大學電子工程研究所博士學位。2014年開始，陳教授加入英特爾-臺大創新研究中心(Intel-NTU Connected Context Computing Center)擔任博士後研究員工作，負責用於物聯網應用之綠能感測平台研究群的整合開發工作。於2015年加入逢甲大學電子工程學系，並於2016年加入國立中山大學資訊工程學系。陳教授專長於超大型積體電路系統架構與演算法開發領域，其中包含了多核心系統晶片設計、類神經網路學習演算法設計、可靠度系統設計、超大型積體電路架構與電腦輔助系統設計等。

        陳教授曾擔任多項國際期刊與會議論文的議程委員及審查委員包含了ACM Transactions on Design Automation of Electronic Systems (TODAES), IEEE Design and Test, IEEE Transactions on Computers (TC), IEEE Transactions on Parallel and Distributed Systems (TPDS), IET Computers & Digital Techniques (CDT), IEEE Journal on Emerging and Selected Topics in Circuits and System (JETCAS), Asia Pacific Signal and Information Processing Association (APSIPA), IEEE International Conference on Acoustics, Speech, and Signal Processing (ICASSP), IEEE International Symposium on Circuits and Systems (ISCAS), International Conference on Hardware/Software Codesign and System Synthesis (CODES+ISSS), IEEE Workshop on Signal Processing Systems (SiPS), International Symposium on VLSI Design, Automation and Test (VLSI-DAT)。自2017年2月起，陳教授受邀擔任期刊Journal of Electrical Engineering的編輯委員(Editorial Board Member)。此外，陳教授亦受邀擔任國際研討會International Workshop on Network-on-Chip Architectures 的議程主席(TPC Chair)以及大會主席(General Chair)，以及Journal of System Architecture (JSA)、Nano Communication Network (NanoComNet)、IEEE Journal on Emerging and Selected Topics in Circuits and Systems (JETCAS)國際期刊的客座編輯(Guest Editor)。

       陳教授獲得了「2014年International Symposium on VLSI Design, Automation and Test (VLSI-DAT'14)國際會議的最佳論文獎」、「2016年International Joint Conference Convergence (IJCC16)國際會議的最佳論文獎」、「2014年IEEE Taipei Section博士論文獎」、「2019年臺灣綜合大學系統年輕學者創新研究成果選拔獎」、「2020年IEEE Tainan Section最佳年輕專業人員獎」、「2020年IEEE ISCAS最佳學生論文獎」，並受邀撰寫一本專書章節「Chapter 12: Thermal- and Traffic-Aware Routing for 3D NoC SYstems, published in M. Palesi and M. Daneshtalab, editors, Routing Algorithms in Networks-on-Chip, Springer」。陳教授亦是美國電機電子工程師學會(IEEE)與國際計算機學會(ACM)會員，以及中國電機工程學會(CIEE)與台灣積體電路學會(TICD)的終身會員。
